1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bdok1 platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering, depositing funds, or participating in games and sports betting — you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bdok1. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

bdok1 operates exclusively as an online entertainment platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the bdok1 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — will be suspended pending investigation. All balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited. bdok1 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

bdok1 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. We may request identity documents (such as a National ID, passport, or valid photo ID) at any point to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdok1 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your bdok1 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times. bdok1 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Only deposit funds from payment methods that are legally registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. bdok1 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you.
• bdok1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-risk.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method. Amounts below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdok1 offers a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions timed around major sporting events like the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and festive occasions such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

The general bonus policy at bdok1 requires that all bonus funds be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal can be requested. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, the following rules apply:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus play, after meeting the wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal.
• bdok1 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, adjust its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Players who hold multiple accounts, use VPN services to circumvent geo-restrictions, or engage in coordinated bonus abuse will be permanently banned and all bonus balances forfeited.

6. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of the bdok1 platform and the safety of all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the bdok1 platform, including depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's games to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by bdok1.

bdok1 actively monitors platform activity for patterns of prohibited behaviour. Any player found to have engaged in any of the above activities will have their account permanently closed and any balance, including real-money balances, may be confiscated pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdok1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdok1 or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used in any commercial context without the express prior written consent of bdok1. Unauthorised use of bdok1 intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdok1 shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other loss arising from technical failures, maintenance periods, or third-party service disruptions.

bdok1 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the platform for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements without prior notice. In such cases, no compensation will be offered for any losses of potential winnings or access time.
